LAS VEGAS, Nev.—Katie Williams, candidate for Clark County School Board District B, is proud to announce her latest endorsement by the Publica Safety Alliance of Nevada, which represents over 100 law enforcement organizations and nearly 10,000 officers throughout Nevada.
The interview process for the endorsement was conducted by the officers most affected by this election: the brave men and women of the Clark County School District Police Department. Amid calls for defunding Clark County’s School Police and in the face of silence from her opponent, Katie has made it clear that she stands firmly with the brave men and women of law enforcement.
Katie Williams made the following statement regarding this crucial endorsement:
“I am proud and humbled to know that my own heroes—our law enforcement officers—have my back in this election. The men and women of law enforcement bravely stand on the line between order and chaos every day, protecting each and every one of us, including those who call to defund or abolish them. I pledge to never let these heroes down and I will never turn my back on them. I am particularly proud to be able to celebrate the endorsement of the Public Safety Alliance of Nevada because they represent the spirit of service, honor and integrity that I have worked and built my own career on through over a decade of service in the military. I am excited to be able to serve them as their voice on the Clark County School District Board of Trustees.”
